I don't like writing negative reviews, and my experience is mostly positive, but my room had zero toilet paper in it, when I arrived. Had to ask for some at the front desk, which they gladly provided. I can hear the person on the floor above me constantly walking around. Didn't sleep real well. The alarm clock is difficult to set and, despite having set two alarms, neither went off. There's also construction going on and it's hugely difficult to even get into this place, currently. The staff were all friendly and excellent. The breakfast was ok.

Terrible. Everything about this hotel is terrible. Do not book here. Room was dirty, has hair all over the floor, crumbs on the tables, dust everywhere, and the first room fridge smelled like rotting meat. The breakfast was awful, biscuits were hard and the lady was rude. Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 more like 7:15. There is also hidden parking fees that added $15 on the bill. There are better options out there.

The bed and pillow are excellent to sleep in. Sleep like a baby. Food is so good. The service was great. Very satisfaction with 5 stars. We will go there again next time. Thank you for the best service!
